  • Design and implement effective training programs.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions.

  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in developing training programs, conduct workshops, evaluate training effectiveness, and support organizational development initiatives.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential travel for training sessions.
