We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team and ensure every new hire experiences a smooth and engaging onboarding process.

• Background Screening: Review and process background checks for approval, ensuring compliance with company standards. System Account Setup: Initiate and coordinate new hire account setups across all relevant systems.
• Start Date Coordination: Communicate and align start dates with new hires and their managers for seamless integration.
• Documentation Oversight: Guarantee 100% completion of onboarding documents and forms, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
• Onboarding Meetings: Conduct engaging weekly onboarding sessions, presenting company policies, expectations, and culture to new hires.
• Communication: Act as the first point of contact for new hires, answering questions and fostering excitement about joining the team.
