The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring seamless integration of technology to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

-Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications

-Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic

-Implementation of security and data protection

-Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation

-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

-Develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs

-Design new computer systems, networks, and applications. Creating efficient and user-friendly

solutions.

-Can implement and evaluate computer-based systems, processes, components, and programs. 

-Maintain, monitor, and implement systems. 

-Can provide technical support to users, assisting them with system and network issues.

-Can play a critical role in ensuring the security and privacy of networks and computer systems. 

-May perform IT audits to assess the effectiveness of security measures and compliance with regulations.

-Administer web and databases, managing user accounts, updating software, and

troubleshooting issues. 

-Maintain technical documentation, updating it to reflect changes in system configurations and settings. 

-Adapt new tasks and challenges as needed in a dynamic work environment.

- Maintain the Company’s official email server, website, and employee portal.

-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, or relevant.

-1-2 years of experience (Preferred)

-Proven work experience as a Python Web Developer

-Expertise in Python, with knowledge of Python web framework Django

-Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3

-Knowledgeable in Google Workspace (i.e., gmail, etc.)

-Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

-Understanding of accessibility and security compliance

-Permanent Resident nearby Rizal Province.
