  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Help implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee surveys and report on findings
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Provide general administrative support to HR team

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and people management abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in payroll processing, support employee relations, maintain records, and help with recruitment.
