المتطلبات

  • Job Title: Human Resource Management

  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in payroll, excellent communication (both verbal and written), coaching, recruiting, talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and training.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment processes, manage payroll, facilitate employee training, and enhance organizational culture.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based, with potential for remote work flexibility.
