الوصف
- Process employee registration, updates, and inquiries for government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Coordinate with government agencies for compliance, contributions, and other related matters
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits and government contributions
- Assist in processing loans and benefits claims under government agencies
- Handle employee offboarding, including clearance processing, final pay documentation, and government separation notifications
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records
- Support other HR administrative functions as needed
المتطلبات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, particularly in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)
- Knowledgeable in government requirements, employee registration, contribution monitoring, and benefits/loan processing
- Experience in employee offboarding procedures is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup (Davao-based)
- Available for a 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift
