The HR Officer plays a crucial role in manpower planning, site hiring, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and the smooth deployment of workers across company projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with performance management and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support training, engagement, and HR initiatives
• Handle HR queries and provide day-to-day HR support
• Assist with payroll, attendance, and benefits administration

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
