Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing of applicants to on-boarding processes.
Update 201 files and records of newly hired employees.
Compensation and benefits: timekeeping and payroll, opening of payroll bank account of new employees, preparation and distribution of payslips, process and upload government-mandated benefits and loans (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig), and employee leave management.
Employee relations: create and deliver announcements, memorandums, notice to explain letters, conduct administrative hearing when needed, and issue formal notice of decision letters.
Regulating Company Handbook.
Perform other HR and Admin tasks.

المتطلبات

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Related
With 6 months of HR experience is preferred but Fresh Graduates or without experience are welcome to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Effective HR administration and people management skills.
Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
