  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews
  • Administer employee onboarding.
  • Manage employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues
  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for management

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and generalist functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, candidate screening, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and high ethical standards.
