الوصف

  • Identify and attract top talent using various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and provide progress reports as needed.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support HR compliance by maintaining knowledge of labor laws and standards, and ensuring company practices are aligned.
  • Assist with general HR administrative tasks and employee relations, as needed.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or related course
  • Atleast 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or general HR work
  • Preferably with background in construction, engineering or manufacturing industries
  • Experienced in hiring both staff and skilled workers (e.g welders, fitters, helpers)
  • Knowledgeable in sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Familiar with labor standards and documentation requirements (e.g 201 files, contracts, pre-employment)
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills - can work with different departments and project heads
  • Organized, fast-paced and proactive in handling recruitment pipelines and deployment schedules
  • Willing to work on-site full-time at our Head Office in Pulilan, Bulacan
  • Must be comfortable visiting project sites occasionally when required
