  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, including overseeing job postings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.
  • Facilitating employee training and development programs to enhance skills and career advancement opportunities.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate employee records in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance to managers and employees, and fostering a positive work environment through open communication.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • with solid experience in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral & written)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and highly discreet in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and can function well under pressure
  • Trustworthy, professional, and with a positive work attitude
