Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Managing the recruitment and selection process
Supporting employee opportunities for professional development
Creating and revising job descriptions
Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures
Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Overseeing exit interviews
Maintaining department records and reports
Participating in administrative staff meetings
Maintaining organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws

Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development)
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficiency in MS Office
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
