• The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment, payroll processing, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance. • Graduate of BS in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication, or any related course
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in the same field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software
• Knowledgeable or quick to learn payroll management systems and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
