المتطلبات

Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR practices, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in HR software, and conflict resolution abilities.
Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement HR policies.
Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours with occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
