  • Oversee recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and manage payroll administration.
  • Support organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • With experience in security agency or manpower agency
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills; proficient in HR software and labor laws.
  • Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
  • Salary to be discuss upon interview
