الوصف

  • Welcome and engage customers in a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Serve a variety of craft beers on tap and bottled beverages, ensuring correct pours and presentation.
  • Educate guests about our beer selections, brewing process, and seasonal offerings.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns with care and urgency.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest areas.
  • Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
  • Assist with stock rotation and restocking supplies.
  • Follow all safety, hygiene, and legal requirements including checking customer IDs.
  • Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
  • Assist in food preparation, serve food, maintain cleanliness, and handle customer inquiries.

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and customer service orientation.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires standing for long periods, and adhering to health regulations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
