الوصف

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
  • Preferably college graduates but undergraduates with proven experience in US Mortgage are also welcome
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in US Mortgage accounts in a BPO/outsourcing or related setting 
  • Prior experience in Purchase or Refinance Processing highly preferred 
  • Candidates with backgrounds as Mortgage Associates, Loan Processors, or Customer Service Representatives (handling US mortgage clients) encouraged to apply 
  • Strong phone/customer interaction skills are a big plus 
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang Town Center (Night Shift)
