The Team Lead for the Mobility Account is responsible for managing and guiding a team of agents to deliver exceptional customer support for mobility services (e.g., ride-hailing, transportation solutions). This role involves monitoring performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, managing escalations, and implementing strategies to meet client KPIs and SLAs.

• Strictly College Graduate of Engineering, IT or any tech related courses
• With more than 2 years of experience as a TL
• Must have experience handling either Ecommerce or Technical Account
• Experience handling blended account
