Business Development & Sales

• Actively supports management’s efforts in developing new product offerings to current consumer demographic
• Assists in planning the whole process of on-boarding new products and offers (end-to-end)
• Prepares business documentation for review and approval
• Engages negotiations to strategic partners
• Develops content for business pitch and communications
• Regularly reports market research for existing products & other developments pertinent to the company
• Formulates strategies for existing businesses that will   contribute to channel’s profitability
• Participates in regular business review to identify current challenges and formulate strategies to address issues

Partner Management

• Explores potential business relationship with both traditional and non-traditional partners
• Meets and communicates with partners and clients to develop business relationship
• Ensures consistent reviews with partners for alignment and transparency
• Resolves any immediate concern or feedback to management if needed
• Conducts initial KYC and collates documentation as needed

Report Generation

Generates the following reports:

• Pipeline and funnel updates
• Annual and monthly reports
• Profit and Loss Generation and Submission

Compliance Management

• Produces complete documentation for approved efforts & directions (drafting of contracts, internal memo, advisories, marketing communication, etc.)
• Identifies potential risks for every business transaction that will impact the company
• Engages in discussions with other departments to improve operationalization of projects
• Supports adherence of teams to Sumisho policies

Perform other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management

Job Qualifications:

• Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or any related course.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Development, Marketing– preferably in FMCG, Financing, Telecommunications Industry.
