الوصف

  • Assume responsibility for and notify management of any dangerous circumstances, crises, or dangers to the safety of visitors, staff, or hotel property.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of electrical and equipment systems, such as lighting systems, television sets, guest entrance/access doors, and air conditioning controls; make small adjustments or replacements as needed to guarantee optimal performance. 
  • Refurbish fixtures and furnishings, including counters, doors, windows, tables, chairs, and cupboards. If necessary, paint and finish the fixtures and furniture in the guest rooms.

المتطلبات

  • Highschool graduate or graduate of any vocational course
  • With at least 1-2 years experience as Technician or Maintenance Staff
  • Knowledgeable in Technical and Mechanical, Electrical, Troubleshooting and repairs.
  • With hotel work experience is an advantage
  • Basic Carpentry and Painting
  • Knowledgeable in HVAC cleaning and repair
