Duties and Responsibilities:

The Building Maintenance Associate will be responsible for technical requirements of the building specifically in the aircon and refrigeration such as correct diagnosis, repairs and maintenance. They will work hand in hand with the building maintenance specialist to ensure all standard operating procedures are executed well in the building.

• Identifying and resolving issues with ACU systems, including electrical and mechanical malfunctions
• Performing routine maintenance, cleaning, and replacing parts, as well as repairing faulty components
• Knowledge of the components, operation, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Understanding of electrical wiring, circuits, and components within ACU system
• Effectively communicating technical information to customers in a clear and understandable manner
• Applying analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex issues with ACU systems.
• Ensuring meticulous work and identifying potential problems before they escalate.
• Effectively managing time, prioritizing tasks, and completing work efficiently.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the ACU field

• College Graduate
• Have a certification in TESDA NCII RAC / HVAC
• At least one year experience in refrigeration servicing.
• Knows how to repair and do cleaning of aircon
• Computer literate
• Knows how to prepare a technical report
• Knowledgeable in electrical facility is a plus
• Knowledgeable in basic carpentry is a plus
