The Portfolio and Analytics Manager is primarily responsible for monitoring portfolio growth, quality, performance and profitability of all CIMB products. He/she will perform portfolio and data analysis to enhance existing portfolio actions, credit and collections strategies and work with other units to formulate new test programs or strategies that will drive business growth and improve portfolio quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
• MBA a plus
• Experience in any or all of the following banking portfolio analytics or credit risk and acquisition/credit cycle or collection strategies
• Excellent quantitative skills with background in credit strategy, overall credit cycle and business metrics.
• Programming skills (R, Python, Sql, SAS), MS Office, Powerpoint, Power BI, Qlik, other statistical or reporting tools
• Proven ability to establish internal and external relationships across all levels
