  • Identify and target potential clients needing technical solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate products, highlighting technical features and benefits
  • Understand technical specifications of products and services offered
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal sales teams
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to support improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Engineering, Electrical or related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in technical sales or support roles
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge, effective communication, and negotiation skills
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel to client sites
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and a reliable team player
