SDR Team Lead (Player-Coach) – B2B Outbound | Makati (On-site) 


Location: Makati City, Metro Manila (On-site) 

Type: Full-time 

Start: ASAP (remote onboarding possible before on-site start) 

Compensation: Base PHP 110,000–150,000 + performance bonus (OTE) 

 

About the role 


We’re building a high-performance outbound sales team in Makati. We’re looking for a hands-on SDR Team Lead (Player-Coach)—someone who’s been a top SDR, is hungry, and can lead from the front while building the outbound engine with us. 


This is not a “desk manager” role. You will coachtrack KPIs, and drive daily execution, while also doing some outbound work early on to set the standard. 

 

Nettsaga is a Norway-based digital services company expanding to the Philippines. You’ll work directly with the founder and help build our Manila outbound team from the ground up, with clear growth opportunities as the team scales. 


What you’ll do 

  • Lead and coach SDRs (daily huddles, call coaching, QA, 1:1s) 
  • Build and improve outbound playbooks: scripts, objection handling, talk tracks, voicemail/email templates 
  • Own the numbers: activity, connects, meetings booked, show rate, pipeline quality 
  • Implement a KPI cadence: daily scoreboard + weekly reporting to leadership 
  • Ensure CRM discipline: clean notes, tags, outcomes, follow-up tasks 
  • Train new hires: onboarding, shadowing, call reviews 
  • Be a player-coach: do outbound yourself in the beginning (first weeks) to model performance and refine messaging 


What success looks like (first 30–60 days) 

  • Clear scripts + call framework live and improving weekly 
  • SDRs hitting daily activity targets consistently 
  • Meeting quality improving (better qualification, better show rate) 
  • Weekly performance reporting that is accurate and actionable 


Requirements 

  • 2-4+ years B2B outbound SDR / telesales / inside sales experience 
  • Proven track record as a top performer (or clear evidence you consistently hit/exceeded targets) 
  • Some leadership exposure is a plus (mentor, trainer, senior SDR, team lead), but not required 
  • Strong coaching mindset: you can give feedback, run call reviews, and improve reps fast 
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound (calls daily, structured KPIs) 
  • Strong English communication 
  • Can work on-site in Makati (limited flexibility may be discussed) 


Nice to have 

  • Experience selling to SMBs 
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce or similar) 
  • Experience hiring or helping build a new outbound team from scratch

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives (OTE)
