1. Be knowledgeable about the product. Identify prospective customers and sales lead conversion. 
2. Record all customers’ inquiries to the logbook with complete information and contact details.
3.  Contact new and existing customers for follow-up and discuss needs and requirements. 
4.  Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems. 
5.  Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales quotation for Material sales. 
6.  Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue business relationships
