- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes, ensuring high quality and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff, train new cooks, and oversee food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.

- Has experience and knows how to cook in wok
