  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Help organize and maintain employee records and databases.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to policy updates.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience, internships included.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for remote work flexibility.
