- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer requests, orders, and transactions efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business, Communication, or related courses).
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client support (experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
