- Oversee the daily culinary operations in the kitchen.
- Create and construct meals that follow budget and quality standards.
- Make sure that food safety regulations (FSC) and kitchen hygiene criteria are regularly adhered to.
- Monitor and control food costs to maintain profitability.
- Verify that every menu item satisfies quality standards.
- Supervise the development and instruction of kitchen staff.
- Oversee kitchen staff and schedule employee shifts.
- Regularly coach team members and do performance reviews.
职位要求
- Has a certification (NCII, bachelor's, associate, diploma, etc.) relevant to the F&B industry.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience.
- Knowledgeable in restaurant operations.
- Proficient with P&L.
