Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business Administration, Mathematics, or Integrated Marketing Communications preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of insurance product development experience (life or non-life)
• Strong knowledge of local general insurance regulations, including product submissions and Insurance Commission filings
• Interest in InsurTech and digital insurance

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development and enhancement of general insurance products
• Support the Product Manager in creating product propositions for digital, partnerships, and distribution channels
• Identify market trends and growth opportunities through market scans
• Prepare regular product performance and monitoring reports
• Coordinate product updates with internal teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing)
