Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to travel and hospitality services.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to manage reservations and bookings efficiently.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting issues and resolving conflicts during their travel experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience throughout their journey.


Requirements

  • Experience Level: 1–3 years in customer service or travel industry
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Skills and Competencies: Sabre GDS is a plus
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude
