Responsibilities


  • Handle customer inquiries via phone.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account concerns.
  • Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
  • Process requests such as updates, orders, or account changes.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times.
  • Document interactions and updates in the system.
  • Follow company policies and meet performance metrics.


Basic Qualifications:


  • 6 months of customer service in a call center environment
  • At least a high school (old curriculum)/SHS graduate
  • Willing to start ASAP
  • Willing to work night shift
  • Willing to work on - Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
