  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with call center operations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure.
