Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
  • Follow up on customer complaints to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work well in a team
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle scheduling and manage customer needs effectively
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
