Customer Service Representative (CSR) acts as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about a company's products or services via phone, email, chat, or in-person. Key duties include listening to concerns, providing solutions, documenting interactions, processing payments/returns, and escalating complex issues, all while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
