Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Associate to support our ecommerce social media campaigns. This is a non-voice role, ideal for individuals who excel in data processing, content review, and digital campaign support. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations and compliance across our social media initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and moderate social media content in line with company policies.
  • Support the ecommerce team with campaign data entry, reporting, and analytics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of social media tasks.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year BPO experience, preferably in Trust & Safety or Content Moderation.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and ecommerce operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
