We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderators to join our non-voice support team. The role focuses on reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it follows community guidelines and platform standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review text, images, and videos posted on social media platforms
  • Identify and remove content that violates policies (e.g., harmful, inappropriate, or misleading content)
  • Ensure accurate and consistent application of moderation guidelines
  • Escalate sensitive or complex cases to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and data privacy at all times
  • Meet daily productivity and quality targets


Qualifications:

  • Open to candidates with 1 year experience on Customer Service in Any Industry
  • Must have laptop or desktop for Virtual hiring
  • At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level
  • Good reading comprehension and attention to detail
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
  • Ability to handle sensitive content professionally
