- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Assist customers with product-related issues and guide them through resolutions.
- Maintain professionalism while handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Record and categorize interactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer support processes.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer support or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Commitment to maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations.
