Description

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide exceptional service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively and promptly.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the call center system.
  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during each call.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Must be willing to follow call scripts and protocols
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with the potential for high call volumes
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to remain calm under pressure and adaptable to different customer personalities
