Your Day-to-Day

• Answer questions and solve problems by phone, chat, or email
• Give clear, accurate information customers can rely on
• Help customers feel heard and supported

What We’re Looking For

• High school graduate, SHS graduate, or college level/graduate
• No BPO experience required; 3 months data entry experience is an advantage
• Confident communicator in English – both written and spoken
• High emotional quotient and empathy towards patients
• Able to work, communicate, and collaborate with others effectively and efficiently
• Organized and able to handle a fast-paced workload
• Willing to work on-site

• Location: eBloc 3, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City
• Shift: Night Shift
