Description

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and foster good relationships with customers.


Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience Level: 0–2 years

Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Strong problem-solving abilities, Excellent customer service skills

Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, Good people skills, Ability to work in a team

Responsibilities and Duties: Adherence to call center protocols and guidelines

Working Conditions: Fast-paced and dynamic call center environment
