Responsibilities:

• Manage patient phone calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
• Support referrals, insurance pre-authorizations, and follow-up coordination
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring full HIPAA compliance
• Prepare, generate, and distribute medical reports

Qualifications:

•  At least high school graduate, college undergraduate, college graduate 
•  With or Without Experience | Healthcare account experience is a plus. 
•  Good communication skills 
•  Willing to work onsite in Taguig
