岗位职责（中英双语）

- 负责主流区块链节点对接，包括但不限于ETH、Solana、Base链等，确保系统与区块链网络高效连接。

- 开发区块和交易解析模块，能够准确、高性能地解析区块链上的交易数据。

- 参与区块链系统的性能优化，提升系统的响应速度和处理效率。

- 进行系统性风险管理和监控，确保系统的稳定性和安全性。

- 持续研究和学习最新的区块链技术、市场动态及行业趋势，不断优化和改进系统功能。

- Responsible for integrating with mainstream blockchain nodes, including but not limited to ETH, Solana, Base chain, etc., ensuring efficient connectivity between the system and blockchain networks.

- Develop modules for parsing blocks and transactions, capable of accurately and efficiently parsing transaction data on the blockchain.

- Participate in the performance optimization of the blockchain system to enhance response speed and processing efficiency.

- Conduct systematic risk management and monitoring to ensure the stability and security of the system.

- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest blockchain technologies, market trends, and industry developments to optimize and improve system functionality.

任职要求（中英双语）

- 海内外知名高校计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。

- 具备扎实的编程能力，熟练掌握Golang或者Rust编程语言。

- 具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，具备较强的自我驱动能力，工作态度认真，严谨细致，勤奋踏实。

加分项

- 有量化系统开发经验者优先。

- 参与开源区块链项目并且做出开发贡献者优先。

- 有DeFi应用开发经验，能熟练开发和部署智能合约者优先。

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related fields from renowned universities domestically or internationally.

- Strong programming skills with proficiency in Golang or Rust.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, strong self-motivation, a serious and meticulous work attitude, and a diligent and pragmatic approach.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in developing quantitative systems is preferred.

- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects are highly valued.

- Experience in DeFi application development and proficiency in developing and deploying smart contracts are preferred.
