Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global marketing, technology, operations, and community teams to formulate and drive the execution of the company's international business expansion strategy.
- Lead strategic partnership negotiations and relationship implementation with the global Web3 ecosystem (including but not limited to public chains, top protocols, investment institutions, media, and KOLs), expanding application scenarios and revenue streams.
- Serve as the international face of the company, actively participating in global industry summits, seminars, and social events to build and maintain high-value international networks and enhance the brand's global influence.
- Oversee localized expansion in key regional markets, identify and engage local core resources and partners, and drive business implementation.
Basic Requirements
- Native-level English proficiency with an authentic accent, capable of conducting in-depth business negotiations, public speaking, and cross-cultural team collaboration without barriers.
- Deep understanding of Western business etiquette and communication styles, with a confident, open, and efficient "international" communication demeanor, able to quickly build trust and rapport with overseas teams and partners.
Professional Competencies:
- Profound understanding and passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems, capable of strategic thinking based on industry trends.
- Excellent business negotiation, interpersonal, and resource integration skills, with at least 2 years of experience in international market business development or ecosystem collaboration.
- Extensive experience in international events, capable of representing the company professionally on global stages with ease.
Additional Qualifications (Strong Pluses)
- Extensive and deep network of connections within the core decision-making layers of global public chains, investment institutions, and project entities.
- Proven track record of leading successful partnerships with internationally renowned public chains or ecosystem projects.
- Experience in investment project analysis or access to high-quality investment channels.
- Based overseas (preferably in Web3 hub regions such as Europe, the U.S., or Singapore) or able to undertake frequent international travel.
