Position: Spanish Accounting Specialist (Fixed Asset)

Salary Range: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000

Work Schedule: Mid Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain fixed asset modules and ensure accuracy of entries
• Process fixed asset transactions (additions, capitalizations, retirements, changes)
• Perform regular analyses of FA account variances and reconciliations
• Ensure all transactions are completed before month-end closing
• Support preparation of monthly FA closing and periodic reports
• Assist senior colleagues and perform additional tasks as requested
• Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
• Perform controls according to the ICOFR framework
• Assist with KPI preparation and ad hoc reporting

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Filipino national can speak, read and write Basic Spanish language
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with fixed assets
• Strong knowledge of accounting rules and standards
• Experience with financial systems (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred)
• Knowledgeable in using Excel
