职位描述
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Supervise accounting staff and provide training as needed.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
职位要求
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years in accounting or finance roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee accounting operations, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with standard working hours, occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills.
