Position: HR Associate

Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Location: Quezon City

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 78,000

Work Schedule: Night shift Schedule

Work Set-up: Work onsite

Languages: Spanish and English

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
• Must have an experience in Spanish Human Resources, preferably in BPO or multinational companies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in the Philippines.
• Willing to work night shift onsite in Quezon City.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for Spanish-speaking employees.
• Support HR processes such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Maintain HR records and reports.
• Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
