Qualifications:

1. At least High School graduate
2. With experience in a manufacturing set-up
3. Willing to be trained and willing to work on shifting schedules

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring of accomplishment based on daily monitoring/reporting
2. Monitoring manpower output, attendance, and reports
3. Monitoring of sacking activities/operations to meet the demand of fish meal haulers
4. Monitoring and coordination of fish meal hauler schedule
5. Monitoring manpower schedule, attendance, and concerns
6. Monitoring storage condition and product volume per location
7. Monitoring workplace and equipment condition
8. Coordination of concerns with the point person
