Key Responsibilities

You will be instrumental in the early sales pipeline:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new potential leads and target accounts using various tools. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (ICP).
• Outreach & Communication: Execute targeted, high-volume outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media). Schedule discovery calls and meetings for Sales Executives.
• CRM Management & Tracking: Maintain and update the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with all sales activities, contact information, and lead statuses. Track pipeline progression and provide regular reports.

Must-Haves

• Strong Sales Background (3+ years): Demonstrated success in a sales, business development, or sales support role, preferably B2B.
• Proactive & Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet outreach goals.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication for persuasive outreach.
• CRM Proficiency: Expert knowledge of CRM systems for tracking and reporting.

Bonus Skills

• Construction/Industry Experience: Previous experience selling to or working with the Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors is a plus.
