Job Title: Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative


Shift: Full-Time | Night Shift (8 Hours/Day)

Role Overview

We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing team. As an Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative, you will connect with potential clients, build interest in our services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and is comfortable working night shifts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls/messages to introduce and pitch company services
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Communicate service value propositions clearly to generate interest
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments or demos
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Send confirmations and follow-up reminders
  • Re-engage warm leads to maximize conversions
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment targets


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities
  • Comfortable working night shift (8 hours)
  • Target-driven mindset with a proactive and positive approach
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
